This 2 bedroom / 2 bath suite is located on the lower level of the house, accessed from the parking area via outside stairs to the Fairhaven Suite deck and entrance door.

It features a smaller, nicely equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, stove/oven, microwave, toaster, etc.  We also supply basic condiments, including a starter coffee pack, bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer) and a starter supply of paper products.  There is also a washer/dryer in the suite.

Chris & Sheila live directly beside their vacation rental home and are available should any issues arise.


The Fairhaven Suite is capable of being locked off to form a 1 bed/bath unit at a reduced rate during low season (winter) - please inquire!

The second bed/bath side of the suite also has a sitting area which makes it ideal for 2 couples sharing who just need a little extra space.  Each sitting area has a large screen TV with Bluray player.  The sitting area on the second bed/bath side of the suite also has a sofa bed (double) so can accommodate a 5th guest for an additional fee.


Rates:

High season (May long weekend through September): rates start at $330/night plus taxes

Shoulder season (April to May long weekend; end of September through October): rates start at $235/night plus taxes

Low season (November through March): rates start at $135/night plus taxes

5th guest in this suite is $30/night (plus taxes) additional guest fee.

Rates and dates are subject to change without notice.  Rates are higher on holiday long weekends.

All rates are subject to 5% GST and 8% BC Lodging PST.


There is also a $125 cleaning fee (plus taxes) per stay.
