Please contact us via email or phone to make a reservation directly with us and save on booking fees!
- 50% deposit required at the time of booking
- Balance owing is due 14 days prior to arrival
- 30 days or more cancellation notice prior to check in date: Your 50% deposit will be refunded, less a $100 administration fee
- 14-29 days cancellation notice prior to check in date: Your 50% deposit is non-refundable
- Less than 14 days cancellation notice prior to check in date: Your total payment is non-refundable
- Early departure or shortening a stay: As we do not overbook our suites we expect guests to be with us for all the days they have reserved. Should you have to shorten your stay (depart earlier than planned or arrive later) please understand you are still responsible for all the nights you have booked unless we are able to rebook them.
We are an adult oriented property due to the nature of the house and property and, as such, we are not suitable for children under 18.
We are also not able to accept pets.
**COVID-19 update:
Sanitizing wipes and hand sanitizer are provided so guests can ensure their comfort and safety using patio furniture and the pool during their stay.
The pool, decks, seating areas and firepit are shared amenities available for use for all registered guests.
Use of the pool and shared amenities is at the guests own risk as no lifeguard is provided.
The pool is available for use from 9am to dusk. For safety reasons, the pool is not available for use after dark.
The pool is 52" deep and therefore absolutely NO diving, jumping or "cannonballing" into the pool is permitted. Failure to comply with these important safety rules may result in the forfeiture of the remainder of your stay.
Please fully remove the solar blanket (wind it onto its roller) prior to use and please put the solar blanket back onto the pool at the end of the day to conserve heat.
No glass or breakables are permitted on the pool level of the deck or in the pool. Please use the polycarbonate drinkware provided in your suite.
Pool towels are provided in each suite - please do not use bath towels by the pool.
There is 1 off street parking spot for each suite located in front of the house. If extra parking is required, please advise prior to arrival (there may be additional offstreet parking available beside the house).
While we encourage our guests to enjoy themselves, please be aware that parties are not permitted. We respect our guests privacy and request that our guests kindly respect the other guests at the vacation rental as well as the other home owners in our neighbourhood.
We are located in a very quiet residential area on a dead end street. Local noise bylaws are enforced between 11pm - 7am.
And guess what! - we're one of the other home owners in the neighbourhood! Chris and Sheila live in the B&B they run that is located directly beside their vacation rental home and the 2 homes share a driveway.
If you're looking for a party place or somewhere for a noisy girls/boys weekend - this is NOT the place for you!
Visitors (not registered guests): any visitors to the vacation rental property who are NOT registered guests are NOT permitted on the lower level of the property (by the pool and firepit). They are welcome to visit with you in your suite and on your deck.
